Our Goods. Our Word.

We want you to be happy with your Root & Raise order. Because our shirts are made to order especially for you, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color choice, change of mind, or other buyer preference.

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll review the issue and, when eligible, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

To get the ball rolling, email us at Support@RootandRaise.shop with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• A photo of the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, when applicable

Please don't send anything back unless we ask you to. In most cases involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a physical return isn't necessary.

Sizing, Color & Change-of-Mind Returns

Since each Root & Raise shirt is produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color, changed your mind, or simply decide you no longer want the item. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate the shipment. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
